1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CARSA, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

CARSA provides AI-powered translation services for African languages. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.

4. Token System & Billing

CARSA uses a token-based billing system. Free accounts receive 15 tokens on signup. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Tokens do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for Premium plans.

5. Content Moderation

CARSA employs a content moderation system with a 3-strike policy. Users who repeatedly submit prohibited content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to moderate any content processed through our platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The CARSA platform, including its translation models, algorithms, and interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original input content. Translation outputs are provided for your use under a non-exclusive license.

7. Limitation of Liability

CARSA provides translations on an “as is” basis. While we strive for accuracy with our confidence scoring system, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any translation. CARSA is not liable for damages arising from the use of translations.
